Has half a year already past by? Straße des 17. Juni is blocked again, Berlin gets dressed up for good, our favorite designers are ready to show off their new autumn/winter 2014/15 collections – yes, it‘s fashion week again!

In the bright colored tent of Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin, magic is happening for the next four days.To kick off this furious week full of fascinating design, inspiring outfits and incredible looks, Hien Le opened with a show that simply presents his beautiful mindset expressed in high end fashion.

Dark beats by Kanye West pounding out of the speakers, lights go off and the spotlight is on. Stunning as always, Hien Le served us with minimal looks that have that extra portion of details. In a more darker color palette paired with the music, you get the sense that you’re in the twilight zone–a place you have to dare to enter. His mixture of high quality fabrics such as silk and  angora wool pared with form fitting cuts brought out a classic and tasteful overall look. A surprising sheen cotton fabric with a leather like patina gave the collection its strongest Hien Le signature stamp, injecting a simple fluidity into heavier winter garments.
